Carne Asada Fiesta
Once a year, the Rotary Club presents a Carne Asada Fiesta at the school in the Ranchitos. The best part is the dancing, performed by the local children in traditional costumes. The Ballet Folklorico and the Belles Artes Mariachi Band also perform. The parents of the children prepare a beautiful lunch of steak tacos, salad and posole. A few of the highlights:
