Good-Bye, San Carlos

The last few days here, we packed and tried to eat up all the food in the fridge-a fine job was done by all!  We sat on the deck, staring at the changing tides in the bay, watching the birds and the boats come and go.  We watched the moon come up and the stars sparkle in the sky, as the lights from the Caracol and the Bahia lit up the hillsides.

Bahia Good-bye

We had a fabulous last day on the beach with Boo running free and us enjoying the breaching of the dolphins and the dive-bombing of the pelicans and gulls.  Privacy-nirvana!

Once again, no one on the beach

Boo barking and jumping and running at the waves one last time

We attended a wonderful art show at Belles Artes to support our friend, Norma.

Can I steer this thing?

Can you believe the color of the water?  I want to jump in!

Thank goodness I have a life vest on-
but it is a tad embarrassing!

A seal-missed the picture of him looking at Boo

Beautiful............

Even Boo was blown away

Gotta rest my head for a minute-what a day

and attended the final rehearsal of the infamous Melodrama.  This has been going on for well over 20 years as a fund raiser for the local EMT service, Rescate.

Boo's very first Melodrama-and his very first play, EVER!

The wonderful dancers

These ladies were hysterical-Cheryl, especially.

Bobby as owner of the lost mine

The villain hypnotizing the heroine

Wonderful Leslie

The shooting

The fabulous cast

Sunday arrived too soon.  A last sunset and then we take off for the north country.

Last sunset and cook-out

Boo seems a little sad to be leaving.
