I've written about the Bar Down in Mexico before. It is an amazing place, a bar constructed around an RV/casita home. You would think it is a commercial bar. It is owned by Bruce and Jeanie Tilley, who are grand fans of the music scene here in San Carlos. Today all the musicians in town showed up to honor them on their 80th birthdays.
