The Snowy Range, Wyoming

We drove over the pass to the other side of the "Snowies" to a wonderful campsite. The effects of the hot springs, plus a cocktail and a nice dinner got us to bed early.

We woke up the next morning to this:

We are really socked in!

We took off right away-no coffee, no washing, no brushing
our hair, no clean teeth....

It is still so gorgeous!

There are remnants of snow on most of the mountains here.
Along the way to Brooklyn Lake Campground, we came across this lovely place and the rain and snow let up for awhile.

We were inspired and decided to renew our wedding vows.

No coffee, no washing or brushing for
either of us but, WHO CARES???!!!!!!  True love reigns!
We found another great camp site.

With a wonderful view

And wonderful wildflowers

Jack and Linda joined us for happy hour on our last one of
this trip

Boo was cold enough that we got his sweater
out for the first time since Lake Tahoe.

What better way to say goodbye to the Snowies

.....and our wonderful 4 month adventure!

The next day-our last- was again rainy, snowy, sleety and cold.
The men decided to compare notes and lap tops.  We kidded
them that they were working on budgets (they talk about that
endlessly-I guess we should be thankful).
